a 2 star motel is better that this hotel. run down walls with holes, nasty carpets, nasty shower. old and bad shape furniture. worst that a wore house. do not stay ever here. shame on orbitz, travelocity, ********** ans wyndham for advertise a place like this

definitivamente não gostei do hotel, sujo, cheiro forte de cigarro, atendimento péssimo e propaganda enganosa a respeito do café da manhã pois só disponibilizam café preto puro. Ainda usaram meu cartão indevidamente.

Me hospedé en este hotel por trabajo, realmente solo lo utilicé para llegar a dormir pero aún así me decepcionó. Desde que re abrió NO hay desayuno gratis, el fitness center aunque sea un cuarto NO está abierto, el aseo lo hacen un día si y un día no, hubo días que el wifi NO funcionó y para terminara ultima Noche había una cucaracha en el baño. Por cierto las alfombras están híper sucias ya que me metía a bañar y la bañera se ensuciaba solo de haber pisado el cuarto.

Disappointed
Our room was NOTHING like the pictures online. The floor was filthy. The bed was extremely hard and there was only a thin blanket covered by a sheet to hide the stains. One positive was the pillows were nice. The headboard had many stains on it. There was ONE plug in on the wall but not near the bed so you couldn't charge any devices next to you. The couch looked like it was picked up from the side of the road and was covered in stains. The pool outside was not able to be used. The front desk said that it needed to be drained because of inspection. They picked a Friday to do that so we couldn't use the pool either. I decided to check out two days early and they said they would reimburse me for the "inconvenience".

Was not like pics. Look a little unsafe, people were hanging out outside the room playing cards looked more like a motel. Also people looked like zombies

The place was really dirty, all towels in the bathroom were dirty and full of hairs. The sheets were dirty and when we asked the front desk if we could have more they said we would have to wait for the next day until cleaning people came again. There were no curtains and the blinds were broken. People were really noisy at 3am, talking really loudly in the hallways, and it felt very unsafe. Would not recommend!
