Abbiamo passato 5 notti in questo hotel. Vista spettacolare, camere pulitissime con cambio di lenzuola e asciugamani giornalieri. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Cibo molto buono tipico greco con molta cura nella presentazione e pulizia. Posizione strategica per le spiagge più importanti di Creta. L'unico piccolo difetto da migliorare sarebbe la pulizia della piscina che presentava sabbia e qualche foglia delle piante vicine (causa anche il forte vento). Lettini ed ombrelloni sempre disponibili. Se cercate relax e tranquillità è il posto perfetto!!

Bella struttura ben mantenuta, camera con doppia stanza enormi, due terrazzi un bagno enorme con doccia familiare fronte mare. Biancheria morbidissima e cambio giornaliero. Pulizia aree comuni ottima. Simpatia cortesia del personale tutto. Sala ristorante pulitissima curata nell’esposizione dei cibi sempre vari e cucinati specialità greche e cibi italiani attenzione del personale rifornimento continuo dei vassoi( arrivano a metà e riforniscono). Tavoli apparecchiati con biancheria di ottima qualità. Consiglieremmo più tavoli specialmente fuori dalla sala visto li spazio disponibile, poiché nell’area dedicata e’ caldo nonostante l’apertura delle finestre, spazio insufficiente vista l’utenza. Consigliamo di allestire degli spazi post cena e di sistemare l’area mare non ancora curata piscina di abqua salata molto pulita

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché vicina sia a Balos Beach che a Falasarna Bay, con affaccio sul mare. Siamo rimasti affascinati dalla posizione (consiglio le stanze fronte piscina ma al primo piano). il personale è davvero squisito e molto disponibile e la stanza, una junior suite, con grandi spazi e pulizia quotidiana ineccepibile. Abbiamo anche più volte cenato sulla terrazza self service, abbondante, con buona qualità e ad un prezzo competitivo. Consiglio Balos Beach Hotel senza esitazioni.

Andare alla spiaggia di Balos via terra è un'avventura da vivere. Gli ultimi 8 Kg da fare in macchina sullo sterrato a passo d'uomo per non rompere tutto, poi bella passeggiata a piedi sugli scogli insidiosi ed infine la bellezza della spiaggia. ombrellone e 2 lettini, se disponibili, a 20€, bar sulla spiaggia più economico del chiostro in cima sul parcheggio. Vale la pena andarci, sicuramente via terra dovete essere in salute

False advertising: there is no beach at this hotel. There is a sewage pipe leading directly to the “beach” which is just rubbish and rocks, a “beach” completely inaccessible even with proper shoes. The staff who serve us are very polite and friendly, but the manager and the guy at reception who greeted us were very unfriendly, bordering on rude, and were not even able to explain that there were beaches 10 minutes away by car that look like paradise (with white sand and clear sea, like Falassarna). In 10 days in Crete, this was the worst experience, on all levels.

This place is magical, the view is precious, the staff is kind and aveilable and the rooms are pretty and clean. There are also lots of cats, Kiss is the most friendly and he loves to be stroked. We chose the option with breakfast and we all agree that the food was delicious. The hotel offers also a little trip in Balos Lagoon, a beautiful spot that you have to see. Thank you so much Balos Beach Hotel.

Correct en terme de rapport qualité prix l’endroit est propre mais rien d’exceptionnel. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet mais rien de local. L’hôtel est bien situé, car il est juste à côté du début de la piste pour accès à la plage de Balos qui elle est magnifique Mention spéciale, par contre, pour l’accueil et le professionnalisme de toute l’équipe de l’hôtel de la réception aux serveurs merci à eux

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay at Balos Beach Hotel. Off the beaten track through olive groves and a very small village you wind your way to the hotel. We were slightly concerned on arrival about the road works right outside the hotel, but without even having to mention it the lovely lady on reception informed us we had been upgraded due to any inconvenience… the room was stunning. Private infinity pool and glorious sea view. Didn’t even notice any of the work on the road at the opposite side of the hotel. It was only just the start of season so the hotel was quiet but the staff couldn’t be more helpful. The food in the restaurant is pretty standard. Nice enough but nothing special. But 10 min walk down the road to the village had a small selection of tavernas. Which was lovely for a night out. We got up early one morning and drove to Balos beach for sunrise. Beautiful! Glad we did it before the crowds as the road is not for the feint hearted. It’s 25 min very slow going but scenic drive. Watch out for the goats! :) Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
