Residence tranquillo dotato di tutto, pulito, tranquillo e posizionato in posizione concentrica ad alcune delle più belle spiagge di Creta. Un grazie particolare a Konstantina, che gestisce il residence con cura e discrezione, ma si fa veramente in quattro per fornire informazioni su kissamos, i suoi ristoranti e le meraviglie naturali dei dintorni e di creta in generale. Da Kalimento, si percepisce un senso di ospitalità che ti fa sentire accolto e benvenuto. Grazie mille Konstantina

This was the best experience i’ve had on Crete. I used to think the island only had touristy hotels with no love or hospitality. Konstantina showed me the other side of Crete. She is a warm and wholesome host, who will keep in touch with you, help your every need and also give great recommendations for your stay. The room we stayed in was fresh, cleaned everyday and even had a small bottle of her own produced olive oil! This experience has been amazing, the parking is great and pool very nice. Loved the calmness of the surroundings. Looking forward to returning. If you think Kissamos seems small or “boring” think again, the restaurants by the sea are welcoming and it has a local calm feeling about it. If you want a traveller like experience and escape the touristy part of Crete. Come here!

Una vera chicca nella città di Kissamos. Punti a favore : - appartamento veramente carino e ben curati - posizione ideale per le mete più importanti ed a due passi dalla via principale di Kissamos. - situato in una zona silenziosa - l’accoglienza e la gentilezza di Constantina ci hanno conquistato! - Piscina molto carina dotata di docce - parcheggio dedicato Vi consiglio di andarci!

Siamo stato accolti dalla giovane gentilissima e dinamica signora Kostantina,che ci ha dato utilissime indicazioni. Appartamento nuovissimo , pulitissimo, davvero impeccabile. Fuori dalla confusione di Kissamos, ma in posizione tale da raggiungere in pochi minuti il centro del paese e le spiagge. Gradevole giardino con piscina

Appartamento spazioso con tutti i confort e Konstantina ti fa sentire a casa coccolando gli ospiti e venendo incontro a qualunque esigenza. Il nostro appartamento era il n-8 (al primo piano): molto arieggiato (mai accesa aria condizionata e di notte si dormiva benissimo!)”” e spazioso. È presente una zanzariera nella porta finestra che da sul grande terrazzo della sala (dove si può mangiare). Le zanzariere non ci sono nelle camere ma Konstantina ha provveduto a fornirci le spine e non abbiamo mai visto una zanzara. Con due bambini molto apprezzata anche la piscina: calda e sempre pulita . Da Kissamos si possono facilmente raggiungere le spiagge di : Elafonissi, Balos, Falasarna. A balos siamo andati via nave per evitare il lungo tragitto a piedi ! Un giro a Chania non deve mancare e se c’è la fate anche Rethymno . Nei dintorni carina anche Topolia, piccolo paese in collina con parecchi ristoranti da provare tutti con ottime recensioni. Un paio di volte per staccare e far riposare i bambini siamo andati nella spiaggia di Kissamos (Maria beach con 10€ lettini e ombrellone). A Kissamos ci sono tanti negozietti e ristoranti lungo mare . Ritorneremo sicuramente!!

Ottima scelta per la nostra vacanza a Creta. Posizione strategica per le spiagge e a due passi dal centro di Kissamos e dai servizi principali (supermercati, panetteria, bar...). Appartamento pulito (tutti i giorni) con molti servizi: parcheggio, piscina, giardino, giochi per bambini. Un ringraziamento speciale a Kostantina per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, preziosissimi i suoi consigli per esplorare l'isola al meglio!

We just spent a week in this pearl in Kissamos. We decided the place based on the very positive reviews and we can just confirm them. The cleanliness and the attention to details in addition to Konstantina always available and present to give suggestions and make the stay as easy and warm as possible. We enjoyed the company of Bach/Sergio, her cat, always ready to welcome us in the morning or in the evening back to the room. The complimentary cookies at the check in and the home made soaps given at the check out were the cherry on the cake. We strongly suggest the place. Thank you Konstantina
