全般的にとてもら良かったです。
ひとつだけ残念な事は食事です。
人混みで食べ物を取るのに時間がかかりました。
もう少し時間差を考えて欲しいと思いました。

Perfect for family and love everything about this hotel.
My two kids love it, the pool and the buffet plus the indoor play ground for the kids. They need more help with carrying suitcases and more information at the front desk.

3個大人2個小孩訂了2間房。辦理入住的時候也明確説了一共就5個人。結果退房的時候硬要按照每個房間5個人算，因為每個小孩要額外收25000多日元，就是非要多收5萬日元……非常噁心！

「カップルで楽しめる温泉リゾート！」
ホテル三日月に宿泊しました。館内は広く、温泉の種類も豊富で、特に露天風呂が気持ちよかったです！プールやスパも充実していて、大人も子どもも一日中楽しめる施設でした。食事はバイキング形式で、海鮮やお肉など種類が豊富。ライブキッチンもあり、できたてを味わえました。館内は少し年季が入っている部分もありますが、清掃が行き届いていて快適でした。家族旅行もカップル旅行もぴったりのホテルです！
良かった点:
• 温泉の種類が豊富で、ゆっくりできる
• プールやスパなど施設が充実
• バイキングの料理が美味しく、種類も豊富

三連休でなのでとても混んでいました。
プールもお風呂も人がすごかったです。
ですが、東京からのアクセスも良く、ホテルの方々の対応はとても良かったです。

1.チェックインする時に受付の人が一度説明してくれたが、最後まで居ずに他のブースへ移動してしまったので上手くやれずに他の受付の人を呼んでやってもらったが手間が掛かった。
2.プール(中、外)特に外が不衛生な感じがした。歩くところは砂がジャリジャリしていてそのままプールに入る感じで、人も多かったのでその点で不衛生さを感じた。ゴミ箱も溢れていて、直ぐに次から次へと片付けてくれたら良いのにと管理の杜撰さを感じた。
3.食事や入浴中にお布団が敷かれているかと思いきや敷かれておらず、布団カバーも自分たちで布団にかけるセルフ状態。
結構な値段取ってるのにサービスは良くないなと思った。
星野リゾートに以前泊まったことがあるが、そこのサービスが素晴らしくって(まるでディズニーに行っているくらいスタッフの対応も気持ち良かった)比べてしまいがっかりした。
