Отличный отель. Высокий профессиональный гостиничный уровень сервиса, вежливое доброжелательное отношение к гостям. Чистота, порядок, вкусные завтраки (шведский стол). Оперативно решают любые вопросы. Большое спастбо вмему персоналу.

Гостиница была неплохая, расположение удачное. Но персонал нас огорчил. Мы приехали по туристической путевке, где было указано 2 завтрака на человека, нам при заселении выдали по одному талону, сказали, что больше не положено. Я уточнила у туроператора, она ответила, что оплачено за 2 и просила подойти к персоналу гостиницы. Я подошла, но ответ тот же, не положено. На следующий день нам позвонили из фирмы и уточнили, выдали талон на питание, я ответила, что не положено. Попросили еще раз подойти, мы подошли, сотрудник ответил, что нет нам талона. Сегодня мы приехали домой, сотрудник турфирмы уточнила, все ли в порядке и были ли выданы талоны. Я ответила, что нет. Тогда она прислала ответ от вас, который нас очень удивил (в приложенном файле). Так вот вопрос. Сколько нужно к вам подходить и унижаться, чтобы получить оплаченные нами услуги?

Отдыхали 4-6 января. Уютный чистый номер. Номер двухместный, но с нами ночевала и подруга, комфортно было спать и на дополнительной раскладушке. А кровати очень удобные. Понравились завтраки "шведский стол", всё свежее, были предложены разнообразные блюда. Несмотря на сильный мороз, в комнате тепло. Выселились утром, а поезд в 12 ночи. СПАСИБО, что разрешили оставить вещи для хранения!!!!! и мы смогли свободно после окончания мероприятий ещё погулять по городу. Рекомендуем гостиницу всем! Минусов нет.
