Уютно , чисто , есть все необходимое : чайник , чай, кулер на этаже. Отличный завтрак (+ 500 р) Тихо ! В ванное не только шампунь , но и шапочка и прочее. Очень приятное общение с персоналом . На рецепшен - ваза с яблоками , нашими- ароматными и сладкими !

Отличный отель, в котором все сделано с любовью, большим вкусом и вниманием к деталям, что создаёт неповторимое ощущение гостеприимства и комфорта. В номерах (жили на 3м этаже с допкомфортом) множество приятных мелочей (косметика, щеточки, тапки, халаты, чайник, чай, посуда, вода), которые ежедневно пополняются. Есть будильник, ТВ, холодильник, мебель и сантехника в идеальном состоянии. Удобная кровать для хорошего сна. Отличное питание (утром шведский стол, разнообразный и очень вкусный), днём и вечером выбор по вкусному меню, и вы не прогадает, лучше питаться в отеле! Судак волшебный! Прекрасные местные наливки, в том числе, собственного изготовления. Работа персонала на 5 звёзд! Единственный минус - нет лифта, на 3 этаж чемоданы придется поднимать. Но и это в отеле обыграно с юмором!

Если вы проездом, пожалуй лучшее место, чисто, комфортно, замечательно, если на несколько дней.. Космический ценник на кафе. Паровая форель 790р за 120гр. Отбивная 230гр. - 570р. Как будто вы не в Кирове, а в центре Москвы или СПб. Пока летали за замореженной форелью ( лично видел замороженную рыбину) наверное, в Испании и свинью подстрелили, пока она свои желуди ела.. Неправильный ценник на сайте. Номер на сайте 3300, по факту 3500. Т.е. договор оферты не для них. Неправильная цена завтрака на сайте, реальная 400р. Если вы оформите с завтраком за 200, знайте - пересчитают

Останавливался в улучшенном номере на 3 этаже. Сначала были опасения , но развелись сразу после заселения. Комфортный номер, в котором есть все необходимое. Вежливый персонал , прекрасное питание- завтрак шведский стол, с оптимальным выбором блюд, обед - бизнес ланч и ужин с расширенным меню. Сначала порвался поужинать в других местах , но доверился местным поварам и не прогадал. Если совсем придираться , то через дверь слышны звуки из коридора, и запах пищи разлетается по этажам( но не по номерам ), но уверяю Вас - это совсем не критично. В части шума , номеров не так много, а касаемо запаха - это не запах "столовки", а тонкий аромат, пробуждающий аппетит. Если было бы в моих силах , то присвоил " Старому дворику" дополнительную звезду. Если доведётся приехать в Киров , то поиск проживания начну отсюда. Рекомендую всем. Считаю стоимость проживания низкой с учётом массы удобств , которые доступны за эту плату.

Недорогой уютный отель в центре города. Удобный подъезд с любой стороны, парковка. Приятный персонал, вкусное кафе, интерьер с картинами и мопедом. Чистые комнаты, все атрибуты в виде тапочек, полотенец и шампуней. Очень понравилось

Я не путешественник, и вообще в отелях мало где останавливался, но я перфекционист, нудный и дотошный. Не нашел ни одного изъяна. Ни пылинки, ни некачественного ремонта. Рост 186 и проблемы всегда были с длиной кровати, тут их не было и близко, кровать сказочная, спал как убитый, особенно после тяжелого перелета из Владивостока. Фото специально не делал, чисто для себя. Сейчас смотрю какие фотки выложили другие - все правда, классные фото. Еда утром - я не прихотлив, но мне очень понравилось, блинов съел уйму:) Отель выбирал по отзывам. Был вариант 4 звезды, но отзывы там были не очень. Короче я в полном восторге, у меня ощущение, что все в этом отеле сделано с любовью какой-то(ну мне так показалось). И вообще город Киров такой странно классно спокойный. Нет этих бесконечных торговых центров, а был в столовой - показалось тоже круто("глобус 60е").
