This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!

Perfect!
Came down to the are to do some fishing and a short getaway for four days. This cottage is perfect!... Close to everything... Quiet and secure neighborhood... Host very helpful!... Will be back again if in the area!.... Thanks!

Great place!
We stayed here when we came to visit my daughter for the weekend. The house was nice, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was super quiet. We would definitely stay here again!
