Loft (10 m²) 2 beds.Note! Rented only for families and other people who enjoy peaceful holiday. Maximum amount of persons is 6.The villa's porch has a surveillance camera that is not on when the cottage has residents. Modern architect designed villa is situated on a bay, where both shallow and deep rock and gravel bottom. Own small peninsula and bay, the nearest neighbor 150 m, only the dock is shown.Yard area is essentially flat, bright and wooded. There is a chance to see deer, roe deer and moose eating nearby. There is also good posiibilities to see migratory birds during spring and autumn. Very good fishing waters.The villa has induction cooker as well as all the modern amenities. Electric grill on the terrace. Air-conditioning, underfloor heating in every room, tumble-dryer, electric socket for car.Water in the tap contains iron oxide, which causes harm to the smell, taste and colour of water. It's safe to use, but we recommend to drink bottled water. When you let water run for 10 minutes it will improve the quality of water. The caretaker brings 20 l bottled water to the cottage in the beginning of reservation. After that customer can buy more water by himself.The road leading to Porkkala's outdoor area runs about 50 meters from the cottage.Kirkkonummi 20 km, Summer Shop 1 km, Peuramaa Ski and Golf 18 km, horse farm Wikner 16 km, Hanko 110 km.
