I didn't expect it to be the best and cheapest store for traveling in the UK. It's very convenient to drive and very close to Edinburgh. The environment and sanitation are good, very spacious, in the small town of Cocody, where there are many supermarkets, which are large and very cheap.

A lovely building and entrance, including a lovely garden and fountain. Very clean and classy, reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was fantastic, so modern and clean with plenty of floor space and storage. Big smart tv, hair dryer, iron and board, free mini toiletries, tea/coffee, full length mirror…couldn’t have asked for more at such a reasonable price for the room! Only thing was the room felt extremely hot when I first checked in (even though radiator was not on). I asked at reception if I could have a fan as windows barely open and a few minutes later it was brought to my room! Restaurant and bar great, breakfast lovely…highly recommend this hotel

Went for lunch here after hospital appointment, we were running late but it was no problem at all as the staff were so nice about it. We both had the calamari starter and the fish and chips, these were both amazing and reasonably priced. Thanks again to the lovely staff. We will definitely return soon.

Unhelpful staff - poor reception- and not 1 slice of bread for breakfast!. The arrival experience was really poor the receptionist could not first of all find our booking and then could not find our address, we were allocated a room (23) which was right next to a massive kitchen fan, when I checked I was told this would run all night - when I asked they were aware of this moved us to another room within minutes the receptionist appeared to check that there was not already someone in it, I double checked my dinner booking and she had lost that too. The whole staff were totally impersonal for the whole stay. At breakfast they had run out of bread due to supplier not delivering which just about summed the place up. The beds were pushed together with a ridge in the middle and the shower was so hot it was almost impossible to use, The only saving grace was the food in the restaurant was pretty good and well priced. The hotel looks good but any hotel is only as good as its staff which in this occasion was poor.

Had to find a hotel at last minute and this place seemed good so I managed to get a room. There's loads of parking, though check in was a bit of a chore. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable with a huge bed, and the evening meal was decent too. You'd pay more at a Holiday Inn Express or Premier Inn nearby and they are nowhere near as good as this place.

Lovely meal as always! Food is incredible, staff are lovely nothing is too much trouble. Manager is fantastic. Highly recommend. The meals are reasonably priced as well. We have been 3 times this year and each time has been brilliant, can’t fault them

Service fantastic food great the room is superb 5 star service amazing bed comfortable bath room is clean and tidy house keeping friendly the reception is beautiful room cleaned and look great room service quick and tasty would definitely recommend this place
