Lovely venue, we were here for a wedding last month with family and they had the most beautiful reception. You could tell the staff and planners etc really cared about the presentation. Would absolutely consider it in the future for myself if I'm so lucky

Tracey who runs the B&B is really friendly, nothing is too much trouble. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast - continental is good too. Rooms are an excellent size, as are the bathrooms (well certainly ours was). It’s incredibly peaceful there - wake you to sheep bleating. Views are beautiful. Loads to do close by,beach is about 5 mins drive away. Barrow is about ten mins. Ulveston (home of Laurel & Hardy museum) is about 15-20 mins. Safari park/wildlife centre & the Abbey are just a few places. Will definitely go back if we are visiting the area again.

Nice enough campsite in a nice location. However, beware the angry owner. He's happy to take your campsite fees but he doesn't really want you there. Angry owner spoiled our weekend with his complaining attitude about the smallest things. Best avoided.
