Typical Japanese-style room, beautiful view outside the window. The camellia in the hotel is in full bloom. Akamatsuyu is great. I saw it twice during my stay at the hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. It was snowing, and it was wonderful to soak in the hot spring in the snow. The meal was also good. The dinners were different for two nights, which was considered for the guests. The hotel has its own hiking root, and you can see the waterfall when you walk over. The overall feeling is great.

Very very very very very good, I must go again in autumn when the leaves are red. The transportation is a little inconvenient, you need to go to Kirishima Onsen JR Station, then take the bus to Maruo Station, and then call the hotel to pick you up. If you take a taxi from the Kirishima Jingu information center to the hotel, it will cost more than 3,000 yen. You can contact the hotel by email in advance, the guy in charge of email communication at the hotel speaks good English

Very happy and comfortable. I booked Akamatsu in advance through email. Although it was drizzling, it was still very comfortable. However, you have to walk downhill stairs to the hot springs, so you still need to be careful when it rains at night. I thought the food was not very good based on the reviews, but it was still delicious. The hotel is full of scenery. After breakfast in the morning, I went hiking to see the waterfall. For those of us who don't drive, we searched for a long time and found that there is a shuttle bus from Kagoshima Airport to Maruo in half an hour. You can consult the lady at the information office next to the ticket machine, and then go to the travel information office to ask them to help call the hotel to pick you up. It will arrive in about 5 minutes.

Everything is satisfactory. The attitude of the waiter and other aspects are also very satisfactory Especially the arrangements made by the chef for us, which left me and my husband with deep and beautiful memories.

This is my first time to book a traditional hot spring hotel. I could see the Sakurajima volcano from my room. I didn't go to the big hot spring pool, but only went to a few private hot spring pools. It was a pity that I didn't see the legendary deer.

Fortunately, I made a reservation to Akamatsu no Yu, and I was lucky enough to see wild deer. The hotel service is very good. The restaurant can directly see Sakurajima Volcano. 

The room is very large, with an open-air private bath, which is very good. The private bath we booked was very enjoyable and satisfying. The dinner and breakfast were traditional Japanese, of average standard. The hotel itself has a great view and you can stroll around. The overall experience was very satisfactory.

It's a one-stop, two-eat hotel with a very good taste. It's clean and cost-effective. It's kind to children and has gifts. I will stay here again next time.
