Good stay with onsen in room.
Public onsen on the 4/F with great view was absolutely stunning.
Breakfast buffet in the newly decorated hall was nice and no complaint.

The hotel is not big but very beautiful, the service is good, the food is very delicious, and the hot spring mineral content is high. Thank you to the restaurant staff for their patient and friendly Chinese, English and Japanese services, and thank you to the front desk lady for helping us contact the bus down the mountain on a snowy day. I want to come to this hotel again. Highly recommended.

We had half board included in the room booking. The food, both dinner and breakfast were very good and out of expectation! The hotel was old but our room seemed to have been renovated so it was ok.

I booked a view room, which was okay. I could see the Sakurajima volcano in the distance, but the view was average because it was too far away. Basically, the hotel was a bit old but it was well maintained. The dinner for one stay and two meals was average, but the breakfast buffet was delicious and there were many choices.
