All good! There is no air conditioning in the room, and there are problems with the design and ventilation of the bathroom. The room is large, there is a free parking lot, and there are major supermarkets, restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

Was a lovely experience to stay in Ipswich, staff was lovely at holiday inn and was a lovely atmosphere and environment for me and my children for our weekend away so thank you so much for the lovely experience 😊

The staff were friendly and helpful; Laura in particular. My only disappointment was in not receiving the natural pillow I requested as this is offered in the room. All the same the King sized bed was (of course) large, modern and comfortable. A nice bathroom kept immaculately clean with shower (flexible hose always vastly preferred). And the TV was large enough with updated channels.

Just excellent - from the friendly staff to the delicious food in their restaurant we could not have asked for a better experience, Comfy bed, clean room. If I had to say a bad the waters very soft and the shower head is not the best. That's it, really.

Stayed here again for the night with my husband and daughter who loves this hotel. Another excellent stay, spotless room,very spacious and bathroom perfect. Didn't get the room we requested as a party going on but was very happy with the room we did get. Had dinner in the restaurant, delicious food and think it's excellent that children eat free. Breakfast was excellent as always, great selection of everything and beautiful food. Three staff members stood out for me Rebecca who seemed to do a bit of everything, brilliant customer service, the lady on reception who checked us in, didn't get her name but spoke lovely with my little girl and the lady hosting breakfast by herself was doing it all alone, was busy but still very helpful and friendly. We will be back.

Staff very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The food at breakfast was nice, and a good variety. Only downside was the road noise (room 25), which did wake us up, i think if the room had heavy curtains this would help alleviate part of this issue, as well as darkening the room.
