Room clean 👍 Tv function well, lot of channel👍 Aircond function well👍 Location a bit far from city, surrounding by abandoned building. There's a lot of stray dog. Be careful👉👈 However recommended hotel! 👍👍

The location is superb. Room is clean but more care shld be taken on the cleanliness of the toilet. Saw the housekeeping people sitting around rather than doing a gd cleaning job. The breakfast has to improve. We had fried rice for both days, luckily on the 2nd day there are gardenia bread as well.

Nice to book if you want to stay less in hotel and travel more in city. Connectivity is good but no services available. For every small thing you need to go out and purchase the same.

the bathroom window cannot be locked..

The location is strategic, betul2 dekat tengah pekan Ipoh. Can walk about 5 mins to concubine lane and less than 30 mins to other attractions (uptown, tasik cermin & kek long temple) with car. No people at the counter after 10pm i think? However the hotel is not that soundproof, can hear people open/close the door, the sound of cars outside and music from the cafe across the street. Lighting bilik quite dull tp boleh bukak langsir. Klu nak iron ada dekat certain level. Overall okay 👍

according to Trip.com checkout time is 12pm, but owner whatsapp us to checkout before 11am. Did not msg us until we reach at condo about security deposit.

The network is very poor. WiFi is equal to nothing. Can't get on the network. It is frustrating. The other thing hit me even more: the musty smell of the air conditioner was serious. Because the room had no windows, it was forced to open and use. Although I have paid for a two-night room, I don't want to give up. It's too late to find another place to stay, and I have to endure until dawn. Now I'm worried about the infection in my lungs, God bless!

So the hotel was pretty good. Check in was smooth. The room was clean. They cleaned the room daily and refresh water bottles. No complaints. The surrounding area was a bit quiet. But it’s cozy. There’s a nice French restaurant downstairs. It not very high end but it works for a few nights stay. Love that it was near task cermin.

Room very clean and new. 15-20 minutes distance from town . Actually it's suitable for family trip.
