The environment is good but the waterpark only open in the evening. Kids can only enjoy the pool. It will be good if the mini waterpark is open the whole day during weekend. Cleanliness is up to our expectation. Easy to check in and check out.

Check-in / out process instruction’s were clearly communicated and actual check-in / out was easy. The unit was very tidy and clean. There is a gaming system in the unit with hundreds of games which was fun to play with. There is also free Netflix. The Wi-Fi is good, beds are comfy, and ACs work well in every room. The location is great - a short 5-10 minute drive or grab ride to all Ipoh attractions. We were able to get a grab with 3-5 minutes of booking every time. Really recommend this space.

Everyhing was good. I arrive there early on 12pm but its okay because check in time on 3pm but their reception promise me to make phone call if my room is ready. Sadly no one call me , i am waiting at lobby from 2pm until 3.15pm none of their reception inform me that my room actually was ready. This is my first time having this issue before this everything was smooth and good. I felt dissapointed because i going there for celebrating my kids birthday trip.
