What a hidden gem! Was WoW’d with the cleanliness and newly refreshed room with a nice decor. My Dad is in memory care in Kinston and I have now found my home away from home! Thank you Quality Inn!

It was terrible!!!! The price was more on this site than if I had just walked in. The couch was extremely dirty. The phone kept ringing overnight even after we complained to the front desk. The toilet was broken and continued to run if you didn’t fix it after every flush. Breakfast was advertised as a full hot breakfast and it was not. There was no eggs or bacon just cereal and muffins. We were extremely disappointed and exhausted from no sleep then had to go buy breakfast somewhere else that should have been included in the price of our stay!!!
I don’t think we will ever use this site again!!!!
