Carpets are bit old and sticky in some areas in the room and need improvement in the room refurbishment.

The people at the front desk were very nice. Don’t know if ityythe routine or not but would like to have had the coffee during continental breakfast also placed in the food area, instead had to get it from the lobby/front desk area .

This is not Hampton Inn best representative of the brand. Not very clean and in need of repair. No room service during stay. Limited towels and all needed replacement. Blind fell out of our window in the night. Breakfast? Not even close. Will choose a different hotel next visit.

Pool was closed. Treadmill in exercise room broken. Elevators need to be fixed—soft floors, very slow to respond. Rooms need to be updated and cleaned. Light fixture in room hanging from ceiling. Lipstick on shower curtain. Low grade in kitchen.

• My room (409) smelled like urine, and it was all I could do to make it through the night • Toilet was not clean and had fecal matter left in the bowl, so I clean it before unpacking • Shower was not clean, there was hair and snot on the wall • Elevator #1 has a very soft floor and needs to be repaired, this was a concern to all • While you are in the room, the battery in thermostat needs to be replaced • I was not greeted with kindness or thanked for being a rewards member (not a big deal to me but, Hilton Garden Inn always does it 😊) • No complimentary waters were in the room, and I paid $6 for a 20oz bottled at the store • Lamp in the back corner by the window eside the couch is bent and is probably due to blocking the chain controls on the curtain • Door does not shut easily and must be slammed to get the latch to work

Really disappointing after 4 long days of travel. The room was filthy and everywhere I looked there was more dirt. Dust all over everything. Hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor. Plastic tabs from new clothes on the bathroom floor so you could tell it hadn’t been swept or mopped. Scared myself when I looked to the sides and behind the bathroom counter/cabinet. Just gross. We were set to spend two nights. Couldn’t get our money back for the first night, but cancelled the second night and went someplace else. Awful experience and will never be back.
