resté 5 nuits au Memling, pas une remarque à faire, service impeccable, chambre impeccable, restauration impeccable (un fois, avocat pas assez mûr), personnel aimable et compétent. En 30 ans de séjours répétés à Kinshasa, jamais vécu un séjour impeccable comme celui-ci.

Worst service ever !!!
We’re aircrew and booked three rooms at the Memling with $26 food/beverage credit vouchers, but NEVER received them!
We couldn’t get our own individual roomkey and had a to ask everything the frontless to come and use the master key.
In the evening we made a takeaway order at the restaurant for the morning leaving at 5 am and we found out at 5 am that the chef even didn’t start to prepare our order. Nobody took responsibility and we even had to pay $220 for it with no apologies whatsoever.
