Kinsale Hotel & Spa

We stayed for 1 night and I wouldn't recommend it. The beds had no breaks and I almost feel off the bed when it moved from under me. The room was dirty and dusty. We found socks under the bed and a hair clip. The single bed had a single duvet in a king size duvet cover. The hotel its self was dirt we found cobwebs and spider on the outside of the lifts and in the corners of the door. We had afternoon tea and it was disgusting. We were told no we couldn't sit out side because it was already set up in side. But the website says it is possible. After finished we asked if the table could be cleared and tge waiter said yes then walked away and cleaned every ither table instead. We had to ask a 3rd time and it was eventually cleared. After a few minutes we went to sit out on the terrace and have a drink but when we sat down (bare in mind this is 10ft away and could still be seen through the glass door) The waiter ran out after us with the bill and told us to pay we told him we were having another drink and he said we havnt paid anything yet. So again asked can we order another drink and he walked away. We complained and we did get a voucher for dinner which was nice. The breakfast was weird it egg and croissant were rubbery. And there was coffee granuals in my latte. They only saving grace was the manager in the restaurant she was very nice.

We went for four nights with our granddaughter who is 10 years old. From the first warm welcome, we were so pleased. The hotel was clean and very spacious. Rooms had a great view over the harbour and gardens. Beds were comfortable and the third bed for a child was a full bed, not a put me up. Plenty of refreshments in the room. Evening meal in the restaurant was excellent and we all enjoyed it. Breakfasts have something for everybody and plenty of it. Again, the staff are so attentive and gave us some great tips for getting around. The Spa allows children in the pool at certain times, which is wonderful. Thanks for a great four nights and we will see you again

We had our wedding here on the 11th of July this year and it was exceptional. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and the very kind and helpful staff make this hotel what it is. They went out of there way to make sure we had the most perfect day. It was truly amazing ❤️

Had the best experience in this hotel,we were there for my daughters wedding 11th July 2025 We were treated fantastic we stayed in the lodges the night before wedding, the lodge was beautiful had everything we needed,the next day john who came to pick up my daughtger and the bridesmaids to bring them to the ceremony in the hotel was fantastic,as the mother of the bride I was supposed to meet them in the hotel but john said he bring me with the bridesmaids as the walk was long from the lodges in my heels,he is such a nice man had great chats he went out of his way to give us a great experience,I would and will again come back to kinsale hotel and spa,for more chats with john .
