It is the best motel room that I have ever stayed in! Everything that was required for a 3 night stay was there. Comfort, cleanliness, consideration and convenience were all outstanding.

We stayed at Kinka Palms Motel and loved it. Clean, friendly service, great location. Everything we needed was there and it was close to all the areas we wanted to explore. Would highly recommend this motel.

We arrived and were greeted by Louise. The motel room was very clean and lovely decor,and also very homely. The room had a folder with lots of details about things to see and do. We asked about places to eat and we tried both and they were great. Also the grounds and BBQ area were so well kept. AMAZING would recommend Kinka Palms motel

This is a lovely place to stay. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. Single level. Nice pool area. Tranquil and quiet if you're looking for peace. Ten minutes to Emu Park and 20 minutes to Yeppoon. Louise and Jeremy really helpful and lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

We both were here at this wonderful motel for 16 nights. We needed much rest. We could not fault anything! The relatively recently refurbished complex is lovingly maintained and spotlessly clean. Our room had cooking facilities with a very effective double hot plate a microwave together with large fridge kettle and toaster. A/c was perfect too. There is washing machine and dryer. The swimming pool is amazingly inviting. There is even an outside eating area with hot plates tv and comfy seating. So impressed were we with the friendliness of the staff and stay ….we have booked in for 14 nights in October. Our unofficial name for this wonderful complex is Kinka Palms boutique motel xx
