This B&B was great. It is a small walk to the center of Kington. The property a good example of historical houses in this region with a beautiful garden to relax in as well as many interesting things inside. The host was very nice and helpful and provided great conversation. The breakfast was very nice and the fruit came directly from their garden.

Andrew was a charming, welcoming and perfect host. He went out of his way to make our one night stay special. This is very much a home and we enjoined tea and cake in the garden before heading off the The Swann for dinner Andrew’s breakfast was again lovely and a stay we’ll remember for years to come

What a lovely place and what sweet, sweet folks are denizens of this property! My room was HUGE, with a lovely view of the gardens, the bathroom was as big as a small studio apartment with copious hot water! I was encouraged to make myself comfortable, enjoy the garden, make myself tea, whatever I needed. Please check out this amazing place!

What a lovely place to stay, and what warm and kind hosts! We stayed two nights to enjoy the beautiful walking around Kington, and our hosts looked after us wonderfully. We will be back to do more of the Offa’s Dyke trail and enjoy the hospitality of everyone we met in Kington.

A beautiful house, wonderful gardens and warm and welcoming hosts who treat you like friends rather than visitors. Slightly quirky in a very good way! Lovely breakfast, local produce and good recommendations. The enormous freestanding bath was a treat after a long hike. I'd definitely recommend Church House.

Wonderful stay in this delightful guest house. Fantastic, facilities in a beautiful home. Our hosts couldn’t have been more hospitable. Location is brilliant for exploring the local area. Breakfast enhanced by local produce. Can recommend unreservedly. Hope to make a return visit.
