We stayed at the Blue Lagoon for one night after disembarking from our catamaran cruise. The room was basic but fine as was the attached restaurant. We did have a bad experience upon departure. We had ordered a cab for our family upon check in to get to the airport the following day. I confirmed the price with a hotel desk agent. After checkout we loaded luggage onto our cab. The driver then balked at the agreed upon rate. After going inside to the lobby and speaking with someone he unloaded our luggage and boarded two other passengers. The desk agent then ordered another cab. I found out later the new cab came from a limo service operator who was standing in the hotel lobby. Long story short-It became a typical bait and switch routine with the limo operator. To some degree he was helped by the desk agent. The operator knew we had to get to the airport and had us over the proverbial barrel. I also suspect the original driver spoke to this operator before unloading our luggage. I complained after the flight home to the hotel. We were offered a $10 rebate on our next stay. No mention was every made regarding why a limo operator worked out of their lobby and his tactics to bump up the price on us. Bottom line-Don't use the service in the lobby and make sure you get a rock solid price when ordering a limo or cab through the hotel.

Very clean and spacious room overlooking the marina. The view was fantastic. It was a little noisy with the workers yelling back and forth to each other but nothing too obnoxious. The staff was extremely nice and even provided honey ginger tea to help us because we had gotten sick on the trip.

Very clean resort. Friendly staff..Convenient shop on site which has some hot snacks in the morning..the shop staff were lovely. Ice cream shop on site was our favourite..and our favourite eating spot on site was The Flowt beach bar. Our room with ocean/marina view was lovely, no 2 ring cooker,,but a microwave small fridge tea/coffee set up. The resort was quite when we stayed for a week. Lots of nice seating areas around the resort. Yes..we would return.

We just got back from staying at the Blue Lagoon Hotel & Marina, in St. Vincent. Upon arriving, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly. We had a beautiful view from the balcony at the marina and of the many yachts that came in and out of the harbour. That said, the room had a strange odor that we tried to ignore, but by the third day, we had to say something to management. They promptly moved us to another room which was refreshingly better. The bed was super comfy, but I wished I had brought my pillow from home. A mini fridge would have made the room perfect. We ate almost every meal at The Loft, inside the hotel, and there were some tasty meals like curry chickpeas and potatoes. We did venture off to eat at 4 Shells Fish Joint; not the nicest decor inside but the food was delicious. We also ate at Damascino Restaurant and Bar down the street which was phenomenal. Food was amazing and prices, reasonable. Best rum punch, ever. Back to the Blue Lagoon. The pool area is beautiful and an oasis in itself. Taxis can easily be arranged to take you wherever you'd like to go and the people/locals are super friendly and helpful. Go to Bequia if you have the chance~beaches are breathtaking. Enjoy.

The security staff were outstanding. They made us feel safe and were super friendly. The food in the restaurant was tasty and well presented. The in room amenities were excellent. We were kindly upgraded which gave us access to a small kitchenette. Our room

Great amazing
Nice harbor hotel , great staff, nice room and the sister hotel plantation house stunning. Dont expect full entertainment. This is a place where you enjoy luxury in a very peaceful surrounding. Really beautiful properties. As a hotelier myself i have to say sweet very friendly staff, great food but logistic training is missing, efficiency as there is far to much staff in the restaurant in low season but again if it fits the company in turnover no need to let them go and keep structure alive as long they are aware that they have then a great boss then.

Another fantastic stay at Blue Lagoon! I love everything about it, however the staff are the biggest asset to this hotel. Everyone is so pleasant and friendly, and they take the time to speak with you and make sure that you're alright. Thank you all so much for making us feel at home 🙂

Stay here fairly often, its our go to stop over on St Vincent before catching ferry. Rooms modern and clean, fresh crisp white bed linen and towels. Lovely position looking over marina. Great restaurant serving fresh delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
