There is nobody wsiting for your arrival. You have to wait outside, call the manager until she come at her time.Unfortunately, the phone number is a wrong number. We have to ask someone living there to help us.
There are only two hard high pillows you cannot use them, no extra.
In the evening, if you feel cold, no blanket.
....
Though the room is big, we didn't feel conformtable.

Loved the property. It was a huge unit. Very quiet. Great view of the mountains! Great location for people coming to us and for our heading out to see and do. Thasheca was amazing. Cannot day enough great things about this place. It will be our go to place for Kingston trips on future.

Very spacious apartment. The bathroom and kitchen was clean and that is my peeve. Keep up the good work.
