The room I booked was listed as a royal one bedroom suite but it was just a one bed room.. False information.

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

The pool and bar areas were well maintained and the food options were reasonably priced and varied. Laundry was well done and the service in restaurants was pleasant. Public spaces and facilities were spotless, staff were polite. Our room on floor 10 however was very disappointing. It contained two small double beds which had creaking frames. One net curtain was hanging off. The sliding door to bathroom didn’t close properly. There was a chunk of wood out of the bathroom door and the vanity mirror was unstable. The main mirror in bathroom had worn silvering at the back. The ironing board was old and hard to open/close. The carpet needed replacing. The air con was thankfully good and there was plenty of storage space. We were blessed with the most wonderful room attendant, Grinolene Brown, who went above and beyond to ensure she made the very best of our rather second rate room. She serviced the whole space quickly and efficiently and was so happy in her attitude to work.

Pegasus is always nice, clean & safe. The staff treats me like a friend. Special shout out to Afreeka Edwards for making sure everything is right with my stay.
