Room was hard to find, north forty. The staff was real nice. The pool area was fantastic!! Could spend whole vacation there. Had a really good breakfast.

Was disappointed with this hotel and wouldn't go back. We stayed 4 nights and after the 2nd night asked for clean towels. They were given to us but the old ones were never taken out. The soda machine on the first floor was out all week and there was a hole in the tile under the sink in the bathroom - I had to plug is up with one of the towels since I didn't want a rodent or anything else to find it's way into our room. Didn't understand why this wouldn't have been closed up. Air conditioner was old so there was a lot of moisture in the air which made the carpet feel damp. Would not go back

Me and my boyfriend stay at best western Kingston ny every year for our trip with family . James is a great person . He always greets with a smile on his face. His customer service is a 10 .we always look forward to seeing James every year. & we always enjoy our stay , never had any problems…See you next year 2026

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was a little run down - wallpaper coming off in areas and it smelled a little musty, but I'll take this over a dirty, updated room! I would stay here again, but for the rate we paid, I'll look at other alternatives if we are in the area again.

The halls are extremely dark and the bathroom was extremely small. It was difficult to get to the toilet as the door needed to be closed to allow room to use the toilet but the space between the sink and the door almost prevented that. The room key required repeated attempts to open the room. The main door often would not open. Two of our family had electrical problems with their rooms.The place badly needs a makeover and it was grossly overpriced.

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration following my recent stay at the Best Western. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon checking into the room, I was horrified to discover a rats and mice infestation. Not only did I hear them scurrying around, but they also chewed through the wires of my PlayStation system, rendering it completely useless. This level of neglect and lack of basic pest control is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with such a reputable brand name. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were also individuals lingering and watching the pool area in a very unsettling manner. The lack of proper security and the creepy, invasive atmosphere made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The entire experience was marred by these serious issues. The lack of cleanliness, the obvious presence of pests, and the uncomfortable environment have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I will never be returning to any Best Western property again, and I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere if they value both their safety and peace of mind. This problem has been brought up multiple times to management and they do not care!! Other reviews will warn you of the same issues
