I had asked for an early checkin and they had been sold out the night before, so they said if they had an early check out, they would get the room ready for me, which they did. Very accommodating. The room was clean, beds comfortable, Breakfast had hot and cold selections. And was constantly being refreshed and kept tidy. Had a large pool, pinball game room, and indo seating areas aet up. Very nice spot.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent stay at your property in the Kingston area. After a long drive with my family, we were left with limited accommodation options as most hotels were fully booked by the time we began our search around 10:30 PM. We eventually secured a reservation through a third-party vendor and arrived at your hotel close to midnight. While the front desk staff member on duty was courteous and welcoming, our experience quickly began to decline. The initial room key provided did not work, requiring us to return to the front desk for a replacement. Upon finally accessing the room, we immediately noticed that the bathroom sink was severely clogged and not draining properly. Due to the late hour and our exhaustion, we decided to report the issue the following morning. The next day, we informed the front desk, and a staff member was sent to address the problem. However, she was unable to resolve the issue and mentioned it would need to be escalated. Unfortunately, we had to check out shortly after, so the matter remained unresolved during our stay. Following our departure, we contacted the hotel through the third-party vendor and provided photographic evidence of the room condition. Regrettably, the response was dismissive and showed a lack of concern for the inconvenience we experienced. Considering we paid $350 for this last-minute booking—an amount far exceeding the quality and condition of the accommodation—we found the value extremely disappointing. The overall experience fell far below expectations, and I cannot recommend this property to other travelers. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve guest experience and maintenance standards going forward.

Was disappointed with this hotel and wouldn't go back. We stayed 4 nights and after the 2nd night asked for clean towels. They were given to us but the old ones were never taken out. The soda machine on the first floor was out all week and there was a hole in the tile under the sink in the bathroom - I had to plug is up with one of the towels since I didn't want a rodent or anything else to find it's way into our room. Didn't understand why this wouldn't have been closed up. Air conditioner was old so there was a lot of moisture in the air which made the carpet feel damp. Would not go back

I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and frustration following my recent stay at the Best Western. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Upon checking into the room, I was horrified to discover a rats and mice infestation. Not only did I hear them scurrying around, but they also chewed through the wires of my PlayStation system, rendering it completely useless. This level of neglect and lack of basic pest control is simply unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with such a reputable brand name. As if that wasn’t bad enough, there were also individuals lingering and watching the pool area in a very unsettling manner. The lack of proper security and the creepy, invasive atmosphere made me feel unsafe throughout my stay. The entire experience was marred by these serious issues. The lack of cleanliness, the obvious presence of pests, and the uncomfortable environment have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I will never be returning to any Best Western property again, and I strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere if they value both their safety and peace of mind. This problem has been brought up multiple times to management and they do not care!! Other reviews will warn you of the same issues

The pool area is cool lots of arcade games and pool tables, kids had a blast. The pool is warm, food at the hotel restaurant was good. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Fast WiFi. Fair priced, location is pretty good not far from downtown where there’s plenty of restaurants and bars and things to do.
