Don't set your expectations too high, it's good enough as a budget hotel. The sound insulation is poor, and you can hear a lot of noise downstairs if you walk around upstairs at night. If you drive yourself, the parking lot is large and very convenient.

The hotel was a nightmare. I booked an accessible room, and they tried to give me a second story room. I have a paralyzed leg and was unable to utilize the bathroom due to them giving away the accessible room. The electrical outlet behind the bed was duct taped to the wall. The air conditioning had black mold in it, the entire room smelled terrible like mold and must. I was double charged, they refused to help me with this, and I’m still getting weird charges like $21. 83 a WEEK after my stay!! Will be disputing both charges with my bank. I tried to get help and they never called me back!

The seediest part of the experience is the manager who will add fraudulent charges to your credit card if you let him anywhere near it, promise to reverse them, and then mysteriously disappear from the property. They say there is a breakfast but there isn't - just some single-wrapped stale muffins. The place is generally sad and run down. Look elsewhere!

The staff was amazing helpful and able to accommodate.Me and my family had a very stressful time.Due to over booking and situations that were out of their controlled they handled everyone beinh completely professional and polite. I stayed here years ago for quite a while on and off.And by far the new manager and how the hotel is now is 20 times better than it ever was in the past on every aspect.As far as cleanliness the staff, the Check-in check out system.Everything there is just a lot better and a great stay for a great price

Pleasant staff and clean ,comfortable room! It is old and refurbished but affordable and had everything we needed for a stopover! The manager was hands on and welcoming. Room was spotless, beds and pillows and linens good quality. A lovely surprise!

Realistic review of this Super 8
The internet site for the Super 8 is as not accurate. There was no breakfast to be had. The property was ran down and in disrepair. The fire alarm was intermittently going off. The fire doors were closed due to the malfunctioning fire alarm. Every time someone walked through the fire doors, they automatically slammed shut making a loud slamming sound. Fortunately the hotel was not crowed. For a Friday evening, there was only 7 cars in the parking lot. The furniture in our room was falling apart and tacky to touch. Our room was clean as it could be. The staff did make the bed linens clean. There was no staff to help with check out. There was a stench in the hallways. The ********** web site was about thirty dollars cheaper than the Super 8 web site.
