Check-in & check-out times, as well throughout our stay, they receptionists and also the young man who fixed the 'beeping' in our room ;) were polite and respectful. Kitchenette was well appreciated - having dishes and cutlery available; a sink; a full-size microwave oven - even 2 range -top burners! Comfortable bed Being on the top pet-free floor away from any cats and dogs. My wife is extremely allergic to animal dander - we were very worried about her possibly having an asthma attack...but she was fine, thank you! Having a slip-free mat in the bathtub would be appreciated - we mentioned this at checkout; the receptionist said that they had mats available if one requests one, Perhaps you should mention this in the guest room availabilities?

It was a great experience all around, starting with the warm welcome to the amazing suite. I loved our suite, it was great with kids, has it has a few amenities, like a small kitchen with a fridge, stove and microwave, which were definitely useful. It could also be great for couples, business travel as well as small groups of friends. The pool was great and I know the kids and I certainly enjoyed it. I strongly recommend this Holiday Inn Express since it answered all of our needs. —- C'était une expérience formidable à tous points de vue, à commencer par l'accueil chaleureux dans la superbe suite. J'ai adoré notre suite, elle était parfaite avec des enfants, elle dispose de quelques commodités, comme une cuisinette avec un réfrigérateur, des ronds de poêle et un micro-ondes, qui étaient vraiment utiles. Elle pourrait également être idéale pour les couples, les voyages d'affaires ainsi que pour les petits groupes d'amis. La piscine était super et les enfants on vraiment aimé. Je recommande vivement cet Holiday Inn Express car il a répondu à tous nos besoins.

We went last weekend to watch our granddaughter's ringette tournament, so the location was excellent for this purpose - nearby the arena, so we can go, watch a game, then return to rest, and go to the arena for the next game a few hours later. We received a warm, friendly and helpful welcome from Brittany Cormier, for which we are grateful as we felt amongst friends from the start. Thank you! The hotel is new, modern and clean with great coffee available in the lobby. Our room - 2 queen beds and a kitchenette - was spotlessly clean, spacious and the kitchenette had everything necessary to make a light meal (we did not stay long enough to take advantage of this option, but still we appreciated the convenience to be able to do so if needed). The beds were very comfortable, with soft and firm pillows for us to choose from. This will be especially helpful if you are travelling with children, and they will certainly enjoy the pool. Nearby there is a plaza with multiple restaurants to choose from, so we found this convenient, too. All in all, we enjoyed our stay there, apprciated the customer service and highly recommend the hotel.

Nice, clean, updated. Comfortable beds. Kitchen space was very handy. Excellent and courteous front desk staff. Several eco-forward measures in place but would have liked to see recycle containers. One night there was a lot of freezing rain, and the driveway/sidewalks didn’t get salted til the morning. Additionally, sheets of ice were falling from the roof which could have been very hazardous. The front desk gentleman was made aware. Unfortunately they had no “danger-falling ice” or “slippery sidewalk” signs

The Candlewood Suites is the same building as the Holiday Inn, not sure if there is any difference in the rooms however when you stay at the Candlewood breakfast is not included. I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels and the breakfast is usually included, I refuse to pay an extra $20.00 for breakfast that is pretty much the same at these hotels no matter where you are, just a money grab if you ask me.

On a long trip having been at 18 different hotels with these pancake machines. This is the first that works completely perfectly. Kudos to the kind woman doing the breakfast bar. Front desk was thoughtful and kind as well. This hotel will be better too once the construction around it and roads are done. But still worth the stay.

We had previously stayed here when the hotel first opened during the pandemic and we decided to come back again to experience the suite with a kitchenette so we could make some meals on our mini getaway. The room us very spacious and has a great full kitchen, fridge, convection microwave oven, hot plates and dishwasher. The hotel also offers barbecuing with 2 bbqs and all utensils. Thank you so much to the staff for their amazing attention to detail and making you feel at home, the customer service is amazing. I want to personally thank Azhar Kheraj for always being gracious with his time to talk and making us feel like family. I was doing some salmon and grilled asparagus on the BBQ and Azhar provided us with some amazing wine to compliment our meal! Thank you again so much Azhar and team for another memorable stay at our favourite getaway destination in Kingston, we will see yiu again very soon! All the best for the rest of the year and continued success in the years to come

Nice hotel. Spacious and clean room. Room had a kitchen. Good choice of pillows. Didn’t us pool or gym but looked good. Elevators could use a good washing on the floors but other than that no complaints. I stayed on Candlewood Suites side but if you stay on Holiday Inn side breakfast is included. Free coffee 24 hrs was nice too. Restaurants and shopping areas are just minutes away by car but not within walking distance . Close to 401.
