Holiday Inn Kingston-Waterfront

酒店位置方便好找，有自己的一大片停車位，距離各種餐廳非常近，位置優越；預訂的湖景房是在延伸到水裡的一塊陸地上面，景觀非常好，坐在陽台喝喝咖啡發發呆無比愜意；出門兩分鐘就是市政廳，廣場上有很多不知道是大鵝還是鴨子還是什麼混合物種在曬太陽，便便有點多，但並不影響湖邊的愜意心情；非常推薦！

酒店位置很好，就位於湖邊，傍晚可以坐在湖邊發發呆，早上起來可以去周邊走走，看大雁覓食戲水，再回到酒店在室外用早餐，很是愜意。房間還不錯，缺點是空調聲音太響了！

The scenery by the lake is beautiful, amazing.

The three-day room with lake view and balcony was booked, and I also specially noted that I hope to have a room with a better lake view on a high floor. The hotel replied that they would try their best to arrange it. After arriving at the hotel, the room actually provided by the hotel was a room on the lowest floor without lake view and balcony. I asked to change the room, and the Asian lady at the front desk said that there were no lake view rooms on that day. I checked online: Ctrip/booking/the hotel official website had lake view rooms available for reservation on that day. The Asian lady at the front desk first asked the guest to contact Ctrip directly to cancel the order and rebook on the grounds that she had not received the payment from Ctrip; when Ctrip customer service contacted to cancel the order, she changed her mind and refused to cancel the order, and insisted that there were no lake view rooms available for change on that day, and the online information was wrong. After Ctrip upgraded and coordinated, the order for the next two days was cancelled. This experience has greatly reduced the credibility of the guests in Holiday Inn. Whether it is the incorrect room information on the official website, which shows that the hotel's business management is chaotic; or the arrogance and lack of integrity of the front desk lady, which shows that the hotel's staff management is chaotic; it reflects that there are obvious problems in the management and service quality of Holiday Inn, which is far behind other chain hotels such as Marriott/Westin that I stayed at during the same period. Very disappointing.
