The hotel is nice, facing the harbor, with great views! Kingston is a small town near Toronto, Canada. It is surrounded by Queen's University, the famous Kingston Prison, and the boat tour of Thousand Islands Lake. The ecology is very good. We also saw snakes in the boat harbor🐍

Not recommended! There was a sound similar to the air conditioner starting in the room, which is a nightmare for people with poor sleep! We checked in in the afternoon and reported this problem to the front desk. We hoped to change the room. There was a lady at the front desk who said that there was no king-size bed room, only two-bed rooms could be exchanged. We thought it was okay. But then she made a phone call and checked the computer... Then she told us that there was no room, which was very confusing. Then she told us to call someone to repair the room. We went out for two hours and came back to tell us that it had been repaired. But when we returned to the room, we found that nothing had changed, and there was no explanation for the noise. We were very disappointed. The view of the hotel room is OK, but the overall decoration should only be refurbished on the surface, but the equipment has not been replaced, which is old. There are many hotels with such scenery around, and I will never choose here next time. In addition, parking is also very inconvenient. You have to pass through the parking lot to enter and exit the hotel. I don’t understand what this design is.
