Hotel had slumy people around it and hotel we barely clean and floor was damaged in bathroom didn’t seem safe

Renovation underway and desperately needed. A crashed van was outside our room, the floor had squidgy spots and we saw cockroaches. Basin cracked but room clean

The room had dirt all over the floors. The towels looked like they were used and refolded. I had to buy towels and disinfectant to clean the hair and soap out of the shower prior to using it. I was very upset with the whole concept. Will never stay there again.
