We enjoyed our short stay in this hotel. I appreciate the pool is open until 10. It was a little cooler than an indoor pool usually is, but the kids still enjoyed it. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. There were notices in the elevator about water being turned off between 10-2 the next day, so we had to checkout a couple of hours earlier than we planned. We’d still stay again.

Tried to check out a day early at 2:35 in the afternoon and was told I’d be charged for the entire night regardless. Breakfast eggs and sausage are barely edible. There’s no traffic light at the entrance making it more difficult to leave. Hotel is beat up and worn.

I had a very good experience here. We rented a conference room for a legal deposition and that went well. The hotel room itself was also large and very comfortable. Front desk was friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good with lots hot and cold options.

My family stayed at this hotel last night while in town for a baseball tournament. The property was spotless inside and out. Parking lot was clean, lobby, pool, elevators, rooms, etc. No trash, dust, anything. The property is well maintained from a maintenance standpoint as well. Everything looked like it had been recently updated. All of the staff that we encounter were very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and provided a restful nights sleep. This morning we ventured down for the breakfast and found it to be host, fresh, and had plenty of options. We will definitely choose this location again during our next tournament.

Been an IHG customer for years. My profile includes that we ha a dog that we travel with. The search I ran for a hotel on this trip did not pick that up, so there was no room for the dog. Offered to pay a pet fee. Desk clerk said there was nothing she could do, and we would have to find another house. Talked to the manager. He said they could not help, but that there would be no charge. Turned out there WAS a charge. Called IHG corporate and they stated I would get a call in a few days from the manager. Two weeks and no call yet. NOT EXACTLY CUSTOMER FOCUSED.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro , posizionato in una zona tranquilla, ampio parcheggio, colazione nella norma,camere grandi. L'unico dato negativo è la mancanza dei servizi in camera come pulizia bagno,letto , ecc per ben 4 giorni .Nei dintorni troverete soltanto classici fast food americani e se si vuole andare ad un ristorante occorre la macchina.

We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly. The room was very large. Everything was very clean - the entry, the halls, the room. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were impressed and happy! We recommend this hotel to anyone needing a room.

Not sure what the cause of the poor condition of the hotel, but probable impacted by the Covid issue. No cinnamon rolls available which is one of the things I look forward to when I stay at a HIE. The ice machine was broken on my floor necessitating a trip down two floors to get ice. The room was okay and quiet.

Undergoing a remodeling. Our second story room seemed to have undergone a remodeling but it wasn't finished. The bathroom had been painted but the paint streaks hadn't been cleaned up. Also, the room wasn't dusted on the nightstands. As for the breakfast the best bet is to not waste your time. The hardboiled eggs felt like and looked like golf balls. Tasted disgusting. The pastry selection are "fresh" frozen items and stale. I'm a 10 year LQ member and this location rates one of my top two worse LQ stays. It seems since Wyndham bought the chain the brand has gone down hill.
