Roni and I Go to King Lynn very regularly to see family but due to a very welcome new addition to the family there was no room at the inn. We looked at all the possibilities in Lynn and up popped this lovely looking place. It was a very good price with breakfast included. As Roni is disabled we have to be careful where we go, but the access was very good with plenty of free parking. My son and I popped round when we got to Lynn to drop off the bags and book in. We had a wonderful welcome and were shown to room 5, which was light, spotlessly clean with a character all of its own. After a lovely time out with family we returned and had a cup of tea from the very generously stocked tea bar, then off to bed. The bed was absolutely fine but I must say it was a little hard for us. Breakfast was outstanding, everything of a very high quality, piping hot with a very short waiting time to its arrival. While waiting tea and coffee arrived with toast and yet again a very generous selection of jams and so on. A very generous counter of fresh juices and cereals was also available. The whole theme of this B&B is generous, tea and coffee in the room, breakfast and welcome. So much so that we have booked in again for February. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
