This hotel offers great prices for fairly large rooms. The hotel is centrally located in King of Prussia. The KoP Mall is very close by - just a $6-7 uber trip away.

One elevator was not working. Room in pic was not the one they gave me. One towel for three guests and housekeeping never showed up with extra towels. No towels in fitness center. They could have extended breakfast an extra hour on Labor Day.

The hotel lobby area appeared somewhat renovated but rooms were very dated and worn. Overall a decent stay. Hotel was quiet. Greeted warmly at the Front desk. He was polite and attentive. While the furniture in the room was significantly dated (scratches and chipped wood), the room was okay for my overnight stay. The fitness area needed some attention. There was no water available in the fitness room. There was only 1 towel in the room when I arrived at 6 AM. Would have appreciated seeing a stack of towels and a water dispenser within the fitness room. Overall no issues with service or accommodations. A refresh throughout would make for a more enjoyable stay.

Definitely different than my stays from prior years. Hotel is worn and needs a refresh, especially rooms. Breakfast was free but average to below average. No onsite restaurant. Pool was small and not so clean. I am disappointed because Hyatt is normally my hotel chain of choice.

Outdated not well maintained facilities from common spaces to room …dirty sticky floors throughout the hotel …large stains on carpet inside the room …towels were dingy off white (definitely need to refresh!) …breakfast was a more like picking over scraps of food …breakfast bar was not maintained by staff for the duration of the breakfast timeframe… just a messy experience all around!!! Find a better option nearby.

Wow. This is Hyatt in name only. Always stay at Hyatt locations throughout the US and this is probably the worst that I have seen. Hotel was a sauna, and the furniture you would jeopardize your health on sitting on them. Bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good location. Just needs a makeover and this would be a 3/5 star place but right now its a 2/5

Pathetic staffs named Aleer and Alesha who does nothing to help the guests and don't even care. The hotel doesn't offer early check-in so I booked from Friday night so technically I am paying until 12PM the next day (Saturday) but when I showed up around 8.30AM on Saturday, some pathetic staff in night shift updated as no-show even though I am paying till the next day noon technically. I did mentioned "LATE ARRIVAL" at the time of booking (which is clearly showing up in the email confirmation) so what makes them to decide that I am a no-show? The staff named Alesha mentioned I am already checked out around midnight and they will be charging me. Even though I told them that's fine but I need a room for today, they intentionally delayed and didn't even try to get a room ready for me till 12PM. When I followed up after 2 hours or so, this so called Manager named Aleer was so rude and lethargically responded stating "you should have called and I don't care how long you were waiting now". So they stole my money by charging for Friday night but on what basis someone "decides" that I am a no-show by mid-night even though I am paying till 12PM the next day? The email confirmation after room booking didn't show anything about I am supposed to check-in on or before midnight so they just make up rules to steal money from guests. It only says about "Cancellation" on or before 11:59PM the previous day if not I will be charged for the night which is fair. But so far I have booked like this multiple times in other hotels and without even calling them they still hold a room for me until the next day till noon. These are the reasons making me not to continue with Hyatt anymore just like I discontinued using Hilton hotels couple years ago.

I’ll start with the poop stains in our “freshly clean” bathroom toilet, active water leaking black mold in the hallway near our room door, the front desk supervisor Mike Z, bar manager Travis, and the young lady working with Mike Z when we tried to check in. I wouldn’t pay someone to stay at this location. With such a nice mall nearby, I expected higher quality from this establishment.

Very nice reasonably priced hotel. Very clean,comfortable bed and modern furnishings. Front desk staff was very friendly and gave a very good food recommendation. Would definitely stay here again! Didn't use the pool, so can't comment on that. Breakfast could use some improvement but not terrible.
