This is my third time stay at Hampton Inn Federal Way.
Wr are now at Room 310 one king bed.
Shower water is lukeworm warm. I called first then went down to see Loila at front desk whom told me she sent text message to GM and maintentenance, but received no response. I had to call het again at 10:15 pm after didn't hear back and let Loila know i am in bed, but not happy.
My complaints are:
1. Booked thtough ******* , confirned for 2 queen bed room , given a king. Staff not able to correctly accomodate customers. Inadequate customer service.
2. Facility issue ( showet water is cold) raised, hotel has not treated it with priority. There sermd only one front desk person workibg. Lack of customer service.
I was told after 10pm the hotel is not fully booked and had rooms available. We are in bed.. 8am game day.
Please fix the issue, improve service level. So no other customer will suffer.

BED BUGS, COCKROACHES AND TICKS!!!! WORST PLACE EVER!!! Front lady named CARRIE discriminated again us for having a service dogs and wait til the day after we checked out to send a send a second bill for $250 because I had a service dogs and they knew when I made the reservation. Also, the same lady threatens the guests and is the RUDEST person I have EVER ENCOUNTERED. The hotel did not do ANYTHING for us when we found BEDBUGS IN THE SHEETS OF THE KING BED. There was hair in my sins waffle when he was eating breakfast there as well. We WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN. BED BUGS, COCKROACHES AND TICKS.... NO THANK YOU!!!!!!

Front desk was extremely rude upon check in, acted irritated we were there. Asked about the pool hours and were informed the pool was closed for maintenance (whole reason we booked this hotel for the kids to swim). Upon going to the elevator people were coming out of the pool. Went to front desk to clarify to be met again with an upset person. It was late so we went up and slept. Went down in the morning and another person coming out of the pool. Asked new people at the front desk about the pool and they said it is open. Super confusing! They apologized for the miscommunication. Went to the pool finally and it was so hot. I like a hot shower or bath but the pool was hotter than the hot tub. It was insane. Again let front desk know that the pool was excessively hot and another maintenance man came and dipped his fingers in and was also surprised at the temperature. We went up to our room and checked out a day early to find another place for the kids.

Wonderful staycation with the granddaughter, She enjoyed the pool and I the hot tub. The employees were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Lots of good restaurants and a movie theater in the area. Federal Way Commons Mall very close.
