The rooms were clean and well stocked, the pool was very clean and they provided towel for the pool as well as the room. There were multiple seating areas, a fire pit and bbqs to use. The owners were so nice. They just took it over in may and you can tell they are doing an amazing job with what they have. 10/10 recommend

Very nice basic motel with new ownership. Room was clean and the property well maintained. They were very accommodating and friendly It was a very warm weekend and we had enjoyed the clean outdoor pool. We plan to visit again when back to Kincardine.

Very Disappointing Stay – Not Worth It This place was a mess. I didn’t expect luxury, but this was by far the worst decision I made for a long weekend stay. I booked the “Love Suite” (Room #14), and it was horrible—dirty toilet, stained bed sheets, spider webs, insects crawling around, and no hot water. The person on-site claimed he just took over and had no idea why there was no hot water. Apparently, the boiler only provides hot water for 5–6 minutes and then needs 30–45 minutes to reheat—completely impractical, especially for families. The room floor was filthy when we arrived. This ruined our vacation plans as we had to delay and cancel activities due to the water issue. The so-called manager was unhelpful and dismissive. Definitely not recommended—never again!

It’s a basic room but clean with everything you need (tv, microwave, fridge). Great location and Syed was super helpful and friendly!

My husband and I were so pleased with our stay here. The rooms have recently been renovated and are very clean and comfortable. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly and kind, and the whole process was simple. We had no complaints at all, and will absolutely be staying here again.
