I didn't expect to spend 800 yuan to live in a dormitory! Six bunk beds in one room, 3200 yuan a day, too dark. A good resort nearby is only more than 1200 yuan a day! It's not bad to cruise on the river.

I think the accommodation itself is very good in that jungle.

Absolutely loved my time here! The beds were comfy and the food was lovely (and there was so so much all the time!!). The guides taking us out on the river trips were always really charismatic, knowledgeable, and invested in helping you to spot interesting wildlife and enjoy yourself! I wish I could have stayed longer! I accidentally left something behind when I checked out, and the staff were so so helpful - they sent the item out to a hostel in KL for me to collect on my way through - I can’t thank the team enough who made this possible 🙏🏼

We had a great time during our 3D2N tour. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it was well organized. The food was also great and we had many options to choose from. They also take into account people’s allergies or other diets by making a separate meal. We also saw the big five of Borneo during the rivier safari’s. The rooms are also comfortable and everything you need is provided, including airconditioning. Would definitely recommend this.

Recently stayed at Borneo Natural Resort, hoping for an immersive wildlife experience in the heart of nature. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met. The room was very basic and lacked comfort. It didn’t feel relaxing after a long day of travel. The facilities were quite minimal, and the overall environment wasn’t as welcoming or comfortable as I had hoped. Despite joining the river cruise and other activities, I didn’t see much wildlife – not even a single orangutan. The only notable animal I encountered was a monkey, and even that was from quite a distance. What made it worse was the guide. He didn’t seem interested in introducing or explaining anything about the wildlife or surroundings. It felt like we were just taken on a boat ride with no real insight into the nature around us. I understand that wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, but the overall experience just felt underwhelming and not worth the price.

I stayed at Borneo Natural Sukau Bilit Resort recently, and honestly, it didn’t meet my expectations at all. The room was not clean, and the furniture looked really old and worn out. It felt like the place hasn’t been properly maintained in a while. For the price I paid, I expected a higher level of comfort and cleanliness. The guide was also not informative. There was very little explanation about the wildlife or the area during the tours, which made the whole experience feel empty and unengaging. Overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the money. I was hoping for something more immersive and comfortable, but unfortunately, I left quite disappointed.

The review is in the title, sorry for the mistake, but you can work it out for yourself. Food was great and the accommodation was good with everything except for a bar fridge and TV, very secluded spot on the river. Travelling there by boat, saw crocodile.
