A pure nightmare. On the website we booked a cozy, new and apparently clean small house, what we got was an old filthy space, the kitchen was completely rotten, the plastic floor was destroyed and bulging. All the materasses were absolutely disgusting.
We grill some food in the outside space, after few minutes all the room was completely full of smoke cause the windows were not properly airtight. The worst experience that we ever had. The only positive aspect was the food that we bought, the vegetables and meat were good and generous.

It can't be said to be a hotel, it should be a camp hostel. You need to go to the front desk to get your breakfast with a breakfast coupon, and the staff will deliver your dinner to your room, and you can grill it yourself! The breakfast food portion is very rich, and the dinner (bbq) portion is average! The staff are very polite and friendly! The room is clean but old, the mattress is hard, the pillows are flat and small! You have to sort the garbage yourself and take it to the designated place!

星空コテージの素泊まりプランを利用しました。 コテージにはそれぞれ特色があるので、こだわりポイントで選ぶタイプが変わると思います。 星空コテージは、BBQテラスが広くテーブルとソファが備え付けでした。またガス式のBBQコンロだったのでとにかく手軽でした。 BBQコンロや炭も必要なく、おまけに調理器具などは無料で！！！レンタルできるので、観光を兼ねたレジャーに、お手軽アウトドア体験ができました。 星空コテージのお風呂に屋根がなく、入るまでは寒さにためらいましたが。 入ってみると、外気が心地よく冬でも充分楽しめる構造でした。 ただ、小さなお子さんがいる場合は… このお風呂では大変だなぁと思いました。 4人用のコテージですが、2台は正規のベッド。他の2台のベッドが簡易的で狭く寝心地はイマイチだったようです。 コテージのすぐ下に、川遊びができるところがあるので夏はさらに良さそうです。 秋に利用しましたが、高野山観光後にこちらにチェックインしバーベキューを楽しみました。食材のみでお手軽でした♪ 翌日は車で5分の銀杏の木を見て、ポルトヨーロッパへ行きました。 ホテルとは違い、アウトドア体験もしたかったので大満足です。 料金、利用のしやすさなどを考えたら、家族やグループで充分楽しい思い出ができると思います。
