Well the microwave in the room didn't work I go to the lobby and ask the man if I can use his microwave he's like no so I had to eat my food cold

The room is stayed in was filthy. There was a large hole in the middle of the floor I trip in multiple times. The whole room smelled like mold and mildew. My room key just stopped working and I couldn't get back in my room so I had to get a new one at the front office. So many random noises and the pillows on the bed were insanely old and disgusting. I certainly will not be staying in this cesspool again.
