We had an excellent overnight stay from start to finish. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. We ate a late lunch in the restaurant and both the staff who served us were lovely, friendly and able to talk about a couple of specific asks around the menu. At breakfast the following day again the staff were so helpful.

wrote a review has not appeared. Booked a family room£74 when arrived got told all they had was a disabled access room was filthy had to go to reception for clean bedding spider webs on ceiling shower didnt work cleaners noisey 8.30am ripp off

Great hotel. Second time staying there. Really enjoyed my stay. Only problem was no phone signal in the hotel. Staff were terrific. Food was great also. Room was spotless but Staff really make the stay good. Went for the meal deal, dinner and breakfast. Great value for money.

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff rooms are comfortable and clean had an amazing night's sleep this is the second time we have stayed here staff remembered us from our previous visit. We did experience power cuts due to bad weather but thankfully we didn't have to move hotels.

The hotel receptionist, Rena, is like a magician- she resolves all problems and finds answers to all questions so easily and without any visible fuss! Furthermore, she is prepared to go more than an extra mile for the hotel guests- we asked her about places to visit and she didn’t just recommended a few places to us but followed her recommendations up by checking if they were open on the day of interest to us. She did it all without us even having asked her for that!

Amazing staff very helpful very polite and friendly rooms very clean and quiet even though near the road free parking room are warm and easy to control the temperature.Staff was able to book tables for dinner and breakfast as booking for breakfast is advised

Everything was typical premier inn, when you book premier inn it’s generally a template. Only negatives would be the corridor on bottom floor (one section) was freezing. Also receptionist wasn’t really full of joy. Everything else was great
