Roach hotel
The rooms have roaches, the bed sheets looked like they weren’t changed and the bed spread looked like it had blood on it. The shower curtain had mildew on it.

I need a refund I didn't stay due to not feeling safe in that place having homeless people outside my room and I have a child under the age of 10 and was not ok and the place was infested with roaches

I tried to stay but fear of bring roaches home stopped me. The staff was annoyed that you are bothering them to check in. The rooms have a weird smell and pest problems. Plus, the bedding is stained. I cancelled and they charged an additional fee. Avoid.

DONT STAY HERE!
There were cockroaches in alllll of the rooms. They moved us to 3 different room each one having at least 5 roaches.. when the manager finally said “every room have a little bit of cockroaches” so if that doesn’t concern you I don’t know what will. DONT STAY HERE!

OYO KILLEEN
The floors were a bit dirty, very minor issue though. Also the pillows were small and there was only 2. Other than that i was pleased that there was a microwave and mini fridge. Very convenient. Other than that there was no noise and they very nice. I would definitely stay again!

Family matters!
We had a good stay! For the price you'd expect the location to be a little more middle class but hey the beds were comfy and shower was hot! Only thing we found an issue with was the TV's volume couldn't be increased or decreased and being partially deaf made tv watching impossible especially since I wear glasses I couldn't even use the subtitles! But other than that good stay!

Stay away!!!!
Defly wouldn’t recommend. I got there and no one was in the office, I had to call some phone number to which someone came out of one of the rooms and walked over to the office. After finally getting checked in after like 20 mins of him doing everything. We go to our room, when I walk in the bed has no sheets on it, no blanket, no comforter no nothing. The pillows had no pillow case and were just thrown in the bed and stained badly. It was hot as heck in the room and the smell was horrible. I didn’t even bother checking out the bathroom. I just told my daughter we weren’t staying there. I went back to the office window and called the number again and requested a refund and left. The guy who was in the office, asked do you not like it and I told him what all was wrong and he just said okay. Gave me a refund and a phone number to call if my refund doesn’t go threw. I don’t recommend at all.
