The service in this hotel is very poor, starting with breakfast. We paid 25 Euros per person per day. The hotel has an à la carte buffet. We ordered two salmon meals, but after all the restaurant guests' meals were served, ours did not come. After we negotiated with the hotel waiter many times, two salmon meals were finally served, like begging for food. When we came back from outside at night, we found that the room was not cleaned. We had no clean towels, bath towels, or toilet paper. We called the front desk, but no one answered the phone. Fortunately, Ctrip customer service helped us and we finally got clean towels, bath towels and toilet paper.
