The hotel has comprehensive facilities, including a reading room, billiard room, swimming pool, rehabilitation center and SPA. It owns Killarney's only Michelin one-star restaurant, The Peregrine, and provides bicycles for tourists to ride. The food at The Peregrine was delicious and was the best meal of our trip to Ireland. We also had breakfast in this restaurant, which adopted the all-order method. The taste of the dishes was excellent, but there was no buffet, and the fruit choices were much less. It can be said that the lack of buffet is probably the only shortcoming of this hotel.

My wife and I had the good fortune to stay at The Killarney Park Hotel for 7 nights in July, 2025. It was a delightful home base for us as we explored county Kerry for the first time. The hotel is elegant, spacious and comfortable, with many public rooms in which to relax, read or converse with others. However, all of this is overshadowed by the helpfulness, friendliness and knowledge of the people who work at the Hotel. PC, the head concierge at the Hotel, is at a level unto himself. For the most part, our whole time in Ireland, not just in Killarney, was planned out by him before we even arrived at the Hotel. He is good friends with the concierge at hotels in Dublin and Belfast (and no doubt others), so this allowed for an easy transition for us. PC is a very funny man, and we spent a great deal of our time with him, laughing (hard). Lastly, but certainly not least, PC and the Hotel have a list of outstanding drivers whom they are able to engage on behalf of their guests. We are sure that the drivers would all be great, but we had Ollie, whom my wife says is one of Ireland's National Treasures (and I have to agree). Ollie is so knowledgeable, personable and fun. We learned so much from him about everything Irish, and beyond. He made our trip even more special and memorable. We could go on listing the names of others, but we feel that we must also mention Norma, who got into a very fun caper with us! M&R

Customer satisfaction may be measured as Delivery divided by Expectations. In this case, the quiet competence of the staff ensured a result well above one. Clare Murphy, the Guest Experience Manager, not only elevated our expectations but then cleared — with effortless grace — the very high bar she had set for herself. As a result, our overall rating is not just above one; it is meaningfully and memorably so. Ireland’s high-end hospitality world is small, visible, and mobile. We can only hope that Clare will be there to greet us again when, in shā’ Allāh, we return next year.

A perfect stay. The room had everything any guest could desire; comfortable bedding, cleanliness, spacious en suite, and beautifully furnished. The hotel and grounds have been loving cared for and maintained, the dining was without fault, and the location cannot be surpassed. As our base we were able to complete the Ring of Kerry, Slea Head, Old Head and Tralee. However what truly places Killarney Park at perfection is the staff. Concierges Sean, Collin, and Decklan were so very helpful and welcoming. Kevin and Khadijah from The Peregrine were exceptionally attentive, Maria at the front desk was professional, warm and knowledgeable. Of special mention is Norma at the front desk; every time we saw her, it was an absolute delight! Such a warm smile and an engaging presence that made us feel at home. Killarney Park is fully deserving of all accolades awarded. For hospitality at its finest there is no need to look further.

This is a truly beautiful hotel with exemplary service . We visited a number of times for evening drinks whilst in Kilarney. The beautiful lobby and bar area is fantastic with cozy wood fires to curl up in front of whilst sipping a delicious cocktail or a coffee & cake ! Staff fantastic, highly recommended for a relaxing evening in Kilarney.

Last minute decision to go for lunch here so no booking , made a quick call to the Concierge and fair play to Padraig he came up trumps and got us a really comfy table.. great start , Staff here really know how to look after guests.. very friendly . We had a wonderful meal , crafted to a Masterchef standard and very reasonably priced aswell. Looking forward to our next visit here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
