Killarney Randles Hotel

What a beautiful Hotel, one of the nicest we've stayed in Killarney. Great location about a 10 min walk to center. Lovely young man checked us in, showed us to our room he was very friendly. Would def recommend and most def return.

This was the best service I have had in a long time at a hotel. The staff, especially, Shane, Justin, Alan and Lisa, made our stay memorable. The hotel is a great building with a lot of character, the food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, but the staff truly made our stay a fantastic experience. Perfect! From the reception welcome through to the check out three days later, it was amazing. The staff are excellent. For breakfast each morning we were welcomed by Aziz the restaurant manager. He is amazing and must be working in his true calling. He remembers guests, jokes with them and makes everyone feel welcome. In the evening we were welcomed by Sean the Deputy GM and Anne the assistant restaurant manager in the dining room. We were made to feel most welcome. My husband is Celiac and requires a bit of assistance with the menu to ensure he is safe. They were amazing and assured us that they would take care of everything, including a visit to the chef to thank him for all his help. Service in the restaurant and before and after dinner in the drawing room each evening we had the pleasure of Alan. He delivered excellent service and took care of everything from ensuring we had a table for dinner to remembering what our drink of choice each night. He asked about our day and made us feel as if we were sitting in our own home. If I was to comment on one improvement that could be made, it would be that the internet service during peek hours could be improved. It was a bit slow in the rooms. Otherwise, best stay in our three weeks in Ireland.

The entire staff went above and beyond to make our staff memorable. The hotel is beautiful, situated for easy access to the downtown area, stunning national park and Ring of Kerry. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The staff was incredibly attentive and the location was perfect…a short walk to the Killarney village…very charming hotel
