Carino anche se mi aspettavo di più. Nella norma le camere ma sempre come spesso accade in Irlanda con letto tt troppo piccolo. Purtroppo la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare ma l'atmosfera è tutto sommato carina visto anche il pub in seno alla struttura

Lovly staff my absolute favourite and most friendly staff member was Rebecca such a positive and nice girl because of her I would wanna come because I really enjoyed her energy every eho come ask if Rebecca can be your waitress because honestly she was just amazing the food and drink was just amazing and the atmosphere was just so nice

Big shout out to the staff member that brought orange juice and coffee to my room two mornings in a row. My son and I were very happy. It was a very kind gesture seeing as I didn’t book the room with breakfast. The hotel is smack bang in the town centre. Staff were lovely and very fast to deal with any queries/issues. Rooms were nice. My son really liked his bed but I felt that my own bed was a little on the tough side, though not unbearable. There is a car park attached to the hotel with around ten spaces. Around the corner from that is a much bigger car park (outside Killarney Credit Union) that seems to be free of charge.

Debora at the reception desk was very informative and helpful. Mary, our waitress st breakfast was super sweet. The location was perfect, we were in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do.

Basic hotel. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was satisfactory. Long walk up and down stairs and round corners to get to our room, so be aware if you have mobility issues. Centrally located. Didn’t realise that they are also hosting refugees but they were situated in a different area of the hotel.

The location is great, it is right in the centre of town. The reception area is nice. The bar and restaurant is nice and the food is good. The staff were all helpful and friendly. The corridors to the rooms were like a maze and felt a bit neglected and old. The room was clean and reasonable. But it was way way at the back of the hotel. Right up close outside the window was a ran down looking building, which appeared to have a gym looking straight into my room, so I had to close curtains for my stay. It was quite noisy at night, but I suppose that is to be expected in such a central location, so I cant really complain. The door rattled loudly any time another guest closed their door. The room was very warm even with the window open. No AC. Another reviewer mentioned asylum seekers, that is true, I noticed a good few staying there. I paid €340 for a single room for 2 nights, which is too much in my opinion.

Great location and great staff. Although a bit dated, Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Highly recommended!
