We arrived at this hotel very late, and when we entered the room, we were very surprised. We booked a suite, but we didn't expect it to be so good; the room is very large, especially the dining room and living room are very spacious; especially the wine cabinet is made in the form of a piano, which is quite innovative 👏; the bedroom is also very comfortable, there are two bathrooms, very convenient and very clean; I woke up in the morning and found that the hotel is very large and beautiful, and took many photos in the hotel; it's a pity that it rained and I couldn't go to the garden, I could only look at the beautiful garden through the window. The breakfast is also good, a standard English breakfast; it is worth staying for two days to sit around in the hotel and drink English afternoon tea, which will definitely be very enjoyable.

The Lyrath is a beautiful hotel. Upon check in the receptionist and bell hop were super sweet and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the main areas are spotless. The bed was comfortable and the room was really clean. Everything felt new and very up to date! The hotel grounds were gorgeous and it's only a short five minute drive to the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room was good. Overall hotel is clean and well maintained. Grounds very pleasant. Food very poor, well below the expectation set by the prices. Breakfast was just about average; porridge was tasteless, vegetarian sausages were weird and eggs, tomato, potatoes etc were devoid of flavour. Dinner in the Eden was awful. Small portion of halibut overcooked and dried out, sauce appeared to have congealed under a heat-lamp, creamed potato also dried out with a skin formed. Curry uninteresting, containing a poor selection of veg. Watermelon and feta salad also bland and uninteresting and the unannounced balsamic vinegar did nothing to improve the dish, the opposite if anything. Cost of dinner worked out at approx two thirds of the cost of dinner in Campagne the following evening, with absolutely no comparison. Couldn't recommend your hotel on the basis of the food. Unlikely to return.

A special birthday for a very special person, so of course the Lyrath was the most appropriate choice. It was more than appropriate, it was simply beautiful. Makers of wonderful memories for 2 nights in this magnificent property. Location, architecture, scenery, staff, food but above all a welcoming atmosphere that somehow one cannot describe without being there. Simply wonderful.

Winderful stay. Lovely pool area and nice kids pool. My daughter loved the playground. Lovely walks on the grounds. Staff were great. Lovely breakfast selection, especially for a vegetarian. Room was clean and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

We have chosen Lyrath as we were looking for luxury hotel that have everything on site for 2 days of relaxation. The grounds are amazing hotel looks impressive, the old part is very nice and well preserved, it was great to sit down and read morning paper after breakfast and relax in this space! The rooms are very average! Which was great disappointment! We had room with balcony - that didn’t look as it as cleaned for a long time - there was cobwebs and bird poo everywhere with old paint - not something I expected form that kind of hotel. Bathroom had empty bottle of conditioner, and in tea box there was only 1 little pouch of milk. We had room service on 1st night - that was delivered quick - there was only one set of cutlery, one napkin and we didn’t get exactly what we ordered. Breakfast was just OK, continental choice was very little, long wait to be sat at the table - not impressed. Afternoon tea - was really lovely! Served in beautiful quiet room and food was delicious! Had a spa treatment - it was great, with lovely facilities. Although ladies at reception were quite busy talking to them selves - I felt I am interrupting them with my presence. No one acknowledged me leaving. Dinner and evening entertainment lovely. Over all I wouldn’t rush back, if this was 3/4* hotel I would be happy, but this was sold as luxurious weekend away and it really didn’t feel like it at all.
