Hibernian House

Booked Berkley house through Revalute. Paid upfront. Arrived in Kilkenny phoned the no on the booking confirmation on revalute site. I was told to fill in form on email attachment, I told Toni that I hadn't received an email she said check your scam and junk mail, I did no email was sent. She said to call her when I arrive at the front door and shed let us in remotely. I did and she let us in the main door and the bedroom. She said the key card would be on the bed and it was. We rested for an hour we didn't use the bed or shower. We decided to go for dinner and my sister said let's just check the key and....if didn't work. We held the door open and checked the front door and that also didn't work. We phoned the no we had and it said to phone the out of hours no that was in the confirmation email...I didn't get a confirmation email. We looked around the room and no no was there only the WiFi code on the door. We had to leave and return to Dublin. It's a miracle we checked the door before leaving as it would have been a totally different story. The property was contacted by the booking agent and they said there was a box with the emergency no in it, no box was in the room We lost our money and our time in Kilkenny. My sister is over from Australia and we were visiting Kilkenny on memory of our mother

We stayed here for two nights in February. The Hibernian is a beautiful hotel. Spacious room. Really helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Such a central location. Will definitely be back. Kilkenny is such a beautiful friendly city.

We stayed for a girls weekend in Kilkenny - What a treasure. - Perfect location - Fantastic Rooms everything you need to get ready - We had a a beautiful breakfast both mornings love all the little touches, Dinner was great too, We ate so much on the first night I didn't make it out. Definitely would recommend if you want to see the true Ireland and have a great break
