The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Great service and the internet and pool made it very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful place to stay for the night. The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are quiet, clean, comfortable and minimalist modern which is a plus for one night travelers. Breakfast in the morning is complementary and add-on bonus for those looking for a good start to their day. The coffee is available 24 hrs and to be honest the coffee from machine is a ten on ten. Thanks for making my stay a wonderful experience. Will recommend it to everyone traveling on I-20 to stop at this hotel for the night stay.

I recently stayed at the Quality Inn and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that check-in was quick and seamless. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.
My visit to the Quality Inn was extended multiple times, and the staff had no problem accommodating the changes. They were always friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my entire stay.
The hotel's location was also ideal, situated between two towns—Kilgore and Longview—providing easy access to a variety of experiences and attractions. The staff maintained a positive attitude and were always in a good mood, which made my trip even more enjoyable.
I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the Quality Inn to anyone visiting the Kilgore area. I will definitely be returning in the future!
