They don't know how to talk to customers., Staff is unprofessional. It just looks good from outside but from inside it's worst than a 3rd graded. Worst Staff Worst Rooms And Worst experience. They don't even deserve 1 star. I confirm booking for 6 people on phone when I reached he said u have to adjust in one room bcoz we don't have other rooms. He is very agggressive person not handeling problems with customer. big loss

If your planning for you birthday, anniversary or any vacation (this is not a place) I personally say don’t stay here it will ruined it all. The Owner himself is worst here, Request you whomsoever is visiting here make sure you clear the payment part with the owner before check-in. he will charge you extra money after checkout by saying service charge, and if you dined he will ask you to call cops. “seriously’? Below mentioned points the service they give. Not safe for girls. Water 60rp and they will provide only before 11pm, after that you will If any misbehavior happen with you or with your family in the hotel @2am owner himself will ask you to checkout immediately. Owner will only give First preference to the people whomsoever staying more than 2 days. They really don’t have any security or anyone how can take the charge, Owner himself stay in Mumbai till the time he don’t come u have to wait for check out. And then after like all of this service we have to pay him service charge. The worst experience ever in Alibag & (worst Home ( Kihim Comfort Resort)
