The location is good and easy to go everywhere. It is close to the seaside. There is a parking space. The one-bedroom and one-living room has a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and tableware. It is very comfortable. The view is also good. There is a barbecue grill downstairs.

The brand new resort is still under construction. What I love most about her toilet decoration is that it is completely Japanese style. Obviously the resort targets Japanese tourists.

There was a huge challenge with the hotel room we were assigned, but HGVC staff were not willing make it right. The excuse was due to inventory limitations they could not move our room. According to the website there were other rooms available. The front desk staff and manager have no ability to make changes of any kind. I found the staff polite but there is a complete lack of customer service. As of 01 November 2024 the Maui Hilton Grand Vacations has demonstrated a very strong level of excellence in customer service. They have corrected the challenges with our room. We are grateful to all of the staff and look forward to continuing to build positive memories of Maui on future trips. Other things to know: 1. The property is brand new and there are growing pains. 2. The pool facilities and hot tubs are stunning and there is a ton of space. At least there is in November. 3. Sofas are an uncomfortable. 4. The units are beautiful and come with all the amenities you need.

I found the staff polite but there is a complete lack of customer service. Another guess complained of water coming through the ceilings and all over the dining room table. This resort is available to be booked, but I would recommend going somewhere else. A message has been sent to the corporate level to see if they can make it better tomorrow. Other things to know: 1. Winds are terrible 2. Gym is tiny and there was no tools to wipe down the equipment. Equipment is limited. 3. You have to check in and out pool towels and hours are reasonable but limited. 4. Food is reasonably priced but we did not try.

The new and high tech washer dryer in room was great but because we’re not familiar with this combo appliance, it was a bit of a shock to find out a small load takes almost 4 hours to wash and dry! The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was just right. The casting feature on the 2 huge tv screens were a nice bonus but seems a bit buggy. I absolutely loved the bidet! I wish it was a standard in all Hilton hotels! The staff are awesome and the customer service from the engineers who adjusted the aircon in our room is top notch! It made all the difference to our quality of sleep.

The property is brand new, the rooms are attractive, beautiful landscaping everywhere. The pool is large, never very crowded while we were there. On the downside, the beach is across a very busy street .we love to walk on the beach every morning very early .When returning to the hotel, there is nowhere to rinse the sand off your feet and sandals. All the pool areas are locked. The beach clubhouse on the ocean side had very expensive cocktails , a very limited food menu(and the food was very average at best) not to mention the sun is glaring in the windows making it uncomfortable to see and very warm. Overall we had an enjoyable week. Spent most of our time hiking the gorgeous island.
