Hôtel très pratique, proche de la ville avec service de transport aéroport. Les chambres sont agréables, la piscine très sympa et le restaurant est très bien. À recommander. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le lit est confortable bien qu'un peu ferme.

An exceptional stay for our family of fourteen. We can't thank the Hotel Sainte Famille staff enough for their family friendly and accommodating style. The hotel's excellent location to high-end restaurants and easy walking distance into town makes it our favourite choice following many previous visits to Rwanda.

Idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et avec une vue magnifique sur Kigali. Les chambres sont très confortables, il y manque juste un frigo. Le service est efficace et attentionné. La piscine est très propre, tout comme la salle de fitness, et le petit déjeuner est très complet.

The Sainte Famille Hotel in Kigali is one of the most welcoming hotels I've ever visited. With a perfect location in the centre of Kigali the hotel is an ideal place to explore Kigali. I really loved running up the hill from the hotel. The sunrises were just glorious and the food excellent. Hotel staff were extremely helpful. I can highly recommend the hotel. It is a wonderful place to stay during a visit to Rwanda or to have a conference.

Pros: supercomfy bed and clean place. magnificient personnel. good restaurant. Cons: in room 310, there was a bad smell which -though alerted the recepetion- nothing was made to repair it. hot water did not work though it was repaired. the taxi-included in the price- did not pick me up from airport to hotel.

De staf is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en schoon maar het grootste euvel is dat het bijna onmogelijk is om te douchen. Ze zijn kokend heet en niet te regelen. Zelfs een koude douche is onmogelijk omdat er dan slechts druppels uit de kraan komen. Meer reizigers hebben hier tijdens verblijf over geklaagd maar probleem werd niet opgelost.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay here as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. For a 3 star hotel the facilities were excellent. The rooms were large and the beds huge and really comfy. Great breakfast… so many delicious options varied daily. All the staff were polite and really helpful and the pool was lovely and clean and the kids loved it. We ate in the restaurant most evenings and the food was always really good. We would definitely recommend it here
